Who Are We
The Red Baron Family
Red Baron isn’t just a restobar; it’s a family dream brought to life. The story begins with Stephen John Carson, a retired Chief Engineer with a lifelong passion for vintage motorcycles and a taste for adventure. After years of traversing the globe, Stephen found his heart captured not only by the open road but also by the warmth and beauty of the Philippines, where he met and married his lovely wife, Violeta Balocating-Carson.
Together, Stephen and Violeta envisioned a place where their passions could converge – a haven for fellow motorcycle enthusiasts, a destination for those seeking delicious food and a vibrant atmosphere, and most importantly, a place where family and friends could gather. And so, Red Baron was born.
This isn’t just Stephen’s solo project; it’s a true family affair. He and Violeta, along with their children, have poured their hearts and souls into creating a unique experience. From curating the vintage motorcycle collection to crafting the menu and designing the space, every detail reflects the family’s shared vision and dedication. Stephen’s engineering background ensures that every machine on display is meticulously maintained and showcased with pride. Violeta’s warmth and hospitality infuse the restobar with a welcoming and friendly spirit. And their children contribute their own talents and creativity, making Red Baron a true testament to family teamwork.
